When you make a purchase at Vaping Elements, please make sure you have the correct items and they are functioning properly before you leave our store. You are encouraged to test your electronic device or disposable in our store before you leave to ensure the item is not defective. If an item is found to be defective before you leave our store, the defective item will be replaced with the same item or refunded if the same item is not available. Once a purchased item leaves Vaping Elements, NO refunds will be issued and NO returns will be accepted. There are no exceptions to this policy.
